About AXIS
AXIS is an online store selling workspace and desk-organisation products. References to "we", "us", or "AXIS" mean the business operating this website; "you" means the customer.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your country to place an order. If you're ordering on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission to do so.
Products & descriptions
We aim for product descriptions, images, and specifications to be accurate. Minor variations (packaging, exact colour rendering on different screens, etc.) can occur and don't affect your other rights.
Prices & currency
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there. We try to keep prices accurate, but if a pricing error is discovered before an order is fulfilled, we'll contact you before proceeding rather than silently charging a different amount.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm and process your payment. Payment is handled securely through Stripe — AXIS never sees or stores your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery windows depend on the product, destination, and shipping method selected, and are shown during checkout where available. See our Shipping page for more detail. We don't guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Customs & import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated, and are outside AXIS's control.
Cancellation, returns & refunds
See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy, including cancellation rights, damaged/faulty items, and how refunds are processed. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the law applicable to your purchase.
Faulty or damaged goods
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us — see the Returns page for the process. You retain any mandatory rights and remedies available under the consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase.
Intellectual property
The AXIS name, logo, and website content (text, images, design) belong to AXIS or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as necessary to use the site normally (e.g. viewing pages, printing an order confirmation).
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to interfere with its operation, security, or the data of other users. We may suspend access for accounts or activity that does this.
Customer responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information. Delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout aren't within AXIS's control, though we'll still help where we reasonably can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AXIS's liability for issues relating to your order is limited to the value of that order. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law).
